About Us

Chapex Site Services has evolved into one of the most highly efficient and specialised Western Australian demolition and concrete cutting contractors. We are a stable and financially strong organisation employing over 40 staff and working with some of Western Australia’s most blue-chip construction companies.

Established in 2011 as a diversified construction services company which included labour hire and equipment hire. Chapex Site Services has peeled away from its other businesses to specialise solely in controlled demolition, strip-out works, concrete cutting and concrete coring.

Our long track record of safety, environmental integrity and working relationships both with our staff and our clients enables us to deliver projects from low to extremely high levels of complexity within short lead times.

We work hand in hand with our partners to provide unrestricted Class 1 Demolition work within Western Australia.
