Operations Manager

Lachlan Grewar serves as our Operations Manager, bringing a unique journey to his role. Starting as a labourer at Chapex Site Services while pursuing his Bachelor’s in Construction Management at Curtin University, Lachlan has since transitioned into a management position. He embodies the ethos of our company, with a relentless commitment to customer and employee satisfaction. Lachlan’s exceptional drive and dedication make him an invaluable asset to our team, ensuring the continued success and positive reputation of our company.

With over a decade of experience in the demolition industry, Angus has been instrumental in assembling an outstanding team. He acknowledges that the exceptional individuals surrounding him are the backbone of our success. Recognizing a market gap for a highly skilled and specialized partial demolition and concrete cutting service provider, Angus established Chapex Site Services. After spearheading a clear corporate vision which included a number of strategic acquisitions, today Chapex Site Services is a top tier contractor who caters to diverse clients, including fellow demolition contractors, delivering unparalleled expertise and excellence.
